If I could give a zero, I would. Incompetent just about sums them up. We're currently having a roof replacement done and several properties recently suffered serious water ingress. Despite numerous calls and email from tenants and leaseholders, they're refused to answer calls or emails. All the exterior lighting went out which poses a serious health and safety risk, again despite numerous reports, nothing has been done. Fly tipping has and continues to occur on site. Again, despite numerous calls and emails, nothing has been done. Happy to take your money but nowhere to be seen when anything needs doing. If you value your homes and property, avoid like the plague.
